I am not sure where to start, but when I come to Fueled I feel like I am visiting old friends. I have been going here since they opened. I have tried different looks through the years and they always have plenty of exciting hair and color ideas for me that have always turned out incredible! I usually come right from work and time after time someone will run next door and get me some dinner. You can't get that anywhere! Everyone there makes you feel like family. In this day and age where you are just another sale at most places of business...that is not the case at Fueled! I can't even remember the amount of people I have referred there over the years, but those that have took my reccommendation remain there today! HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!

For starters, I initially thought this was an OK salon. Then the person who was assigned to me felt she needed to cut my hair into something I did not want. She was intent on cutting my hair like Lisa Rinna, and kept reiterating that it would look so much better with that hair cut. First off, that cut was too short, I did not ask for or want a cut that short, she kept up the banter on that. I basically told her how I wanted me hair cut, that a Lisa Rinna cut was not for me. She kept at it. Now, as far as I'm concerned, if you tell a stylist what you want, and they make a recommendation that you turn down, it should go no further. This gal, cut off my hair in excess of 3 inches in areas, when I stopped her and asked what she was doing, she basically ignored me and went on to butcher my hair. I have now went four months without any type of cut due to what she did. The last time I went in there, she basically told me I did not understand her styling mechanisms, for lack of a better term. They are very over-priced charging in excess of $100,00 for a mere cut and color. If you get a basic trim of the ends the price is the same. They are extremely over-priced and more importantly don't listen, and feel they are better than you. A stuck up attitude gets you nowhere. They need to learn to listen to what the customer wants and not attempt to inject what they think the customer should have. Just because they feel they like it, does not mean the customer will be happy with what they do. They also need to come down off of their cloud, they're hair stylists, not CEO's of a fortune 500 company. Get real and come down to earth, we are not impressed with you.

I absolutely love coming to Fueled because of its high energy and friendliness! You can tell everyone loves their job and I know I always leave with a fabulous, creative, and trend conscious style!
